Good things at the Guardian
I find this one of the most consistently amusing and thought-provoking sources of book news; especially good stuff this week, including a fantastic essay by James Campbell about Richard Wright's unpublished last novel, another fascinating excerpt from John Fowles' journals (in one entry Harold Pinter is taken--by a member of the crew for French Lieutenant's Women--to be a secondhand car salesman) and Pankaj Mishra on the writer's fantasy of room service
